Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrest:
Jill Vining W/F 45 of Patterson was arrested on November 23,2023 at 5:01 PM for:
THEFT (UNDER $1,000)
On November 23,2023 at approximately 4:12 PM officers responded to a medical emergency at a residence. Upon arrival officers spoke with family members and learned that Vining had been taking the taking the victim’s medications without her knowledge. Officers spoke with Vining who admitted to to taking the medications. Vining was placed under arrest and released on a summons for the charge of Theft (Under $1,000.00)
