NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announced the arrest of 27-year-old Trey Allen Duet, of 109 Teddy Street, Pierre Part, on August 10, 2026. Duet faces 171 counts of violating a protective order following a domestic incident that led to the issuance of the order in favor of the victim.
After being personally served with the protective order, an investigation revealed that Duet had made contact with the victim 171 times, constituting a violation of the order. He was charged with these violations on Wednesday evening.
Duet is currently incarcerated with a bond set at $35,000 for the original domestic charges and is awaiting a bond hearing regarding the protective order violations. Additionally, he faces a probation and parole detainer and has been ordered held without bond on that detainer.
