The Franklin Police Department responded to 21 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Trevions Rouchon, 26, of Eleventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 22, 2023, at 10:15 AM, on the charges of resisting an officer, flight from an officer, and maximum speed limit. Rouchon was additionally arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage and failure to honor written promise to appear. Rouchon was booked, processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.
Trey Rouchon, 29, of Western Hills Dr., Katy, TX, was arrested on November 22, 2023, at 10:15 AM, on the charges of resisting an officer and interfering with a law enforcement investigation. Rouchon was booked, processed, and released on a $3,000.00 bond.
Gabrielle Turner, 28, of Western Hills Dr., Katy, TX, was arrested on November 22, 2023, at 10:15 AM, on the charges of resisting an officer and interfering with a law enforcement investigation. Turner was booked, processed, and released on a $3,000.00 bond.
Shacoby Johnson, 28, of Eighth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 22, 2023, at 9:08 PM, on the charges of stop sign violation – 8 counts, aggravated flight from an officer, and reckless operation of a vehicle, and possession of marijuana. Johnson was booked, processed, and released on a $25,000.00 bond.
