Brad J. Comeaux

Brad J. Comeaux passed away at the age of 56 on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Acute Care Center at MD Anderson in Houston, TX.
Brad was born in Franklin on March 14, 1966, the youngest of three sons born to Ronald and Lois Comeaux. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. One to always have a project going on, Brad was the kind of guy who liked to keep busy. His passion in life above all was definitely his family and friends as well as helping anyone he could.
His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his wife, Donna Comeaux; his children, Blake Comeaux and his wife Lauren, Shane Comeaux and his wife Stasha, Kerri Comeaux and her companion Bryce Waters, and Halle Comeaux and her companion Rock Hebert; his step-daughter, Brittany Wisor and her fiancé Scott Brown; ten grandchildren, Joshua, Cady, Bennett, Gavin, Owen, Winston, Maxin, Isabella, Braxtyn, and Penelope; his father and his step-mother, Ronald Comeaux and Norita Comeaux; his brothers, Danny Comeaux and his wife Lisa and Ken Comeaux; his nephew, Casey Comeaux and his wife Katie; his beloved Lab, Duke AKA Bubba D; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois LeBlanc Comeaux; as well as by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 23, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Following the service he will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin. Father Christopher Cambre will officiate the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Broussard, Dwayne Broussard, Corey Doucet, Bryce Waters, Rock Hebert, and John Francis. Honorary pallbearers will be his son, Shane and his brothers, Danny and Ken.
