St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 121 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Mark John August, 38, Gretna, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2025, at 8:37 pm on a Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear. August is being held for another agency.
Deanndrick Davon Gash, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2025, at 7:17 pm for domestic abuse battery and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,000.
Lataji Amber Brown, 24, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2025, at 7:17 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $1,000.
Carol Lee Bowie, 62, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2025, at 6:44 pm on a warrant for disturbing the peace-fighting and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,000.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Zacolby Granger, 33, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2025, at 3:15 pm on two warrants for criminal damage to property and traffic charges. Bail has not been set at this time.
