St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Shawn Case Lovell, 44, Berwick, LA, was arrested on April 5, 2022, at 9:09 am for entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden. Bail was set at $500.
Juvenile female, 14, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 5, 2022, at 10:22 am for possession of marijuana and possession of CDS in a drug-free zone. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Juvenile female, 12, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 5, 2022, at 10:30 am for possession of marijuana and possession of CDS in a drug-free zone. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Joshua Michael Davis, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 5, 2022, at 11:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine) and failure to maintain automobile liability insurance. Bond has not been set.
