Braylan Hamilton, 18, of Augustine Maze St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 18, 2025, at 7:39 PM, on the charges of smoking prohibited in any public building, possession of tobacco under age 21, and resisting an officer. Hamilton was booked, processed, and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
Roderick Preston, 18, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 18, 2025, at 11:20 PM, on the charge of firearm-free zone. Preston was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
Carl Joseph, Jr., 31, of Trowbridge St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 19, 2025, at 12:06 AM, on the charge of remaining where forbidden. Joseph was booked, processed, and held on a $500.00 bond.
