Rocky Giroir, 19, of Forest St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2022, at 2:59 PM, on a warrant dated June 5, 2022, for theft. Giroir was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
Lysander Williams, 53, of Cedar St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2022, at 11:02 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of stop signs and driving under suspension. Williams was booked, processed, and held on a $373.00 bond.
