WHAT: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills asnlow as 15. For the Freeze Warning, hard freeze with airntemperatures as low as 19 expected.

WHERE: Portions of central, southwest, and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

WHEN: Until 10 AM CST Sunday.

IMPACTS: Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotectednskin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freezenconditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation andnpossibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Instructions:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, anhat, and gloves.nnKeep pets indoors as much as possible.nnTake steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.nnTo prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow themnto drip slowly.
