WHAT: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as lownas 16. For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 25 mph with gustsn30 to 35 mph. For the Freeze Warning, hard freeze withntemperatures as low as 21 expected.

WHERE: Portions of central, south central, and southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas.

WHEN: For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST Sunday. Fornthe Wind Advisory, until 4 PM CST this afternoon. For the Freeze Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Sunday.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treenlimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.nFrostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin isnexposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions couldnkill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damagenunprotected outdoor plumbing.
