WHAT: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as lownas 12 expected. For the Wind Advisory, north winds to 20 mph withngusts up to 30 mph expected.

WHERE: Portions of central, south central, and southwest Louisiana.

WHEN: For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 AM Saturday to 10 AMnCST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 4 PM CST Saturday.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treenlimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.nFrostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin isnexposed to these temperatures.
