The Franklin Police Department is asking for assistance in locating the following subject in reference to an investigation from July 28, 2025 regarding calls of shots fired in the area of Ninth Street.
Haven Williams is wanted for attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder – 3 counts, theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, and disturbing the peace by violent and tumultuous manner.
