The permitted times for using fireworks in the unincorporated areas of St. Mary Parish have been announced. According to the schedule, fireworks can be used, set off, or shot from December 22nd to January 1st between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Additionally, extended hours will be allowed from 10:00 p.m. on December 24th to 1:00 a.m. on December 25th, and from 10:00 p.m. on December 31st to 1:00 a.m. It should be noted that these times apply exclusively to unincorporated areas within St. Mary Parish.
