The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Joseph Nedd, 58, of Tabor St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 09, 2023, at 5:15 PM, on the charges of resisting an officer and remaining where forbidden. Nedd was booked processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.
Steve Randle, 53, of Sterling Rd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 09, 2023, at 5:33 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery-strangulation. Randle was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
Harold Paul, 38, of Clay St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 10, 2023, at 8:09 PM, on a 16th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Paul was booked, processed, and held on a $20,510.48 bond.
