The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Gerald Dupas, 35, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 05, 2022, at 6:27 PM, on the charges of battery on a dating partner, flight from an officer – 4 counts, possession of schedule II – 4 counts, obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer. Dupas was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
