St. Mary Arrest Report 2-3-2022

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Juvenile Male, 15, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 3:56 pm for terrorizing. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Timothy Wade Mitchell, 56, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 9:41 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of MDMA, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.

 

Aaron Alexander Cage Sr., 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 11:11 pm for domestic abuse battery. Cage also held three warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family (2 counts) and violation of a protective order. Bail has not been set.

Denise Marie Reynolds, 44, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 11:19 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $2,500.

Johana Jarquin, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 6:50 pm for failure to yield and driving under suspension. Jarquin was released on a summons to appear on May 10, 2022.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Johnell Jolivette, 33, Four Corners, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 9:48 am for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Jolivette was released on a summons to appear on May 10, 2022.

Devonte Charles, 29, Four Corners, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2022, at 9:48 am on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of firearm by convicted felon
  • Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
  • Transactions involving drug proceeds
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Charles was released on a $96,500 bond.
