Ananenia Dauphine, 30, of Canal Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 5, 2024, at 10:04 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of careless operation and driving under suspension. Dauphine was booked, processed, and released on a $413.00 bond.
