Francisco Panama, 21, of Johnson Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 13, 2023, at 9:53 AM, on the charges of no insurance, driver must be licensed, stop signs and yield signs, and switched license plate. Panama was booked, processed, and released on a $569.50 bond.
