The Franklin Police Department responded to 24 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Joseph Kysiak, 69, of Palfrey St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 22, 2021, at 4:58 PM, on the charges of driving while intoxicated, vehicle turning left at intersection, and monetary instrument abuse. Kysiak was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
