Alicia Sereal, 40, of Adams St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 10, 2023, 9:13 AM, on a warrant dated November 6, 2023, for domestic abuse battery with strangulation, and warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for probation violation. Sereal was booked, processed, and held on a $21,240.00 bond.
