The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Kendell Johnson, 19, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 28, 2023, at 11:54 AM, on the charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, battery of a police officer, resisting an officer with force, and disturbing the peace by fighting. Johnson was additionally arrested on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Johnson was booked, processed, and held on a $23,308.00 bond.
