PIERRE PART — Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reported the arrest of a Pierre Part man accused of repeatedly violating a protective order connected to a domestic abuse case.

According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, 57-year-old Kevin P. Boudreaux of Pierre Part was previously arrested on March 10, 2026, on domestic abuse-related charges. Authorities said a protective order against Boudreaux went into effect on March 11.

Investigators allege that after his initial arrest, Boudreaux violated the terms of the protective order 16 times. As a result, a warrant for his arrest was issued on April 27.

Boudreaux was taken into custody by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 28 on the Assumption Parish warrant. He was later transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 5.
Boudreaux was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on 16 counts of violation of a protective order.

He remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
