Franklin Man Sentenced to 15 Years at Hard Labor

According to the 16th Judicial Court, Alton Kemp, 39, Franklin, La, recently pled guilty to one count of Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon and sentenced to 15 years hard labor and one count of Distribution of a Schedule I (Heroin) Controlled Dangerous Substance and sentenced to 10 years hard labor.

These sentences will run concurrent to each other.
