The Franklin Police Department responded to 24 calls for service over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Rogers Latigue, 65, of George Town Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 10, 2025, at 11:26 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Latigue was additionally arrested on the charge of theft. Latigue was booked, processed, and held on a $1,868.00 bond.
