The Franklin Police Department responded to 19 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Todrick Toussaint, 24, of Washington St., St. Martinville, LA, was arrested on September 13, 2024, at 11:23 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, no proof of insurance, and driving under suspension, and on a warrant for New Iberia City Court for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Toussaint was booked, processed, and held on a $443.00 bond.
Nikki Caruso, 35, of Oneal Chube St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 14, 2024, at 8:58 AM, on the charge of theft of utility service. Caruso was booked, processed, and held on a $1,500.00 bond.
Clayton Johnson, 37, of Oxford Loop, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 15, 2024, at 10:30 AM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. Johnson was booked, processed, and released on a $368.00 bond.
Juvenile was arrested on September 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM, on the charge of simple battery.
