The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Denise Reaves, 50, of Hamilton St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 15, 2024, at 7:50 AM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by language. Reaves was additionally arrested on the charge of resisting an officer with force. Reaves was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Stephanie Spain, 54, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 15, 2024, at 9:49 AM, on the charges of stop signs, driving under suspension, no insurance, and failure to register. Spain was booked, processed, and released on a $200.00 bond.
Megan Parker, 37, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 15, 2024, at 4:02 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. Parker was booked, processed, and released on a $368.00 bond.
Juvenile was arrested on March 15, 2024, at 8:19 PM, on the charge of simple battery.
Kebreyana Jones, 31, of Irish Bend Rd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2024, at 9:31 AM, on the charges of speeding and reckless operation. Jones was booked, processed, and released on a $694.00 bond.
Jaydon Richard, 19, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2024, at 12:58 PM, on the charges of violation of protective orders – 2 counts. Richard was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Ebony Lively, 37, of Mill St., Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM, on the charges of accessory after the fact to theft and improper supervision of a minor by a parent or legal guardian. Lively was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Jarmontay Roberson, 30, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 17, 2024, at 12:04 AM, on a warrant dated December 31, 2023, for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple criminal damage to property, aggravated assault with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by person convicted of certain felonies. Roberson was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Sylvester Coleman, 21, of Main St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 17, 2024, at 4:09 AM, on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of simple criminal damage to property, remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer, and disturbing the peace intoxicated. Coleman was booked, processed, and held on an $800.00 bond.
