St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Taylor J. Mouton, 24, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 19, 2023, at 9:35 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail has not been set at this time.
Ly Thi Miller, 73, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 20, 2023, at 11:01 pm for battery-aggravated. Bail has not been set at this time.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
