Subject Jumps from Elevated Portion of Highway 90 in Morgan City

KQKI News has confirmed that a male subject was injured after jumping  from the elevated portion of Highway 90 in Morgan City. At approximately 11:00 pm on Thursday night, the Morgan City Police Department, Morgan City Fire Department and Acadian Ambulance were dispatched due to someone jumping from the highway. Morgan City Police Captain Betty Augman told KQKI News that the  47–year-old male landed in the area of Susan Drive in Lakeside Subdivision. He was transported to an out of town hospital.  His condition is unknown at this time.
