The Franklin Police Department responded to 5 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Christian Druilhet, 25, of Henshaw Dr., New Iberia, LA, was arrested on December 21, 2023, at 9:30 PM, on warrants for New Iberia Police Department for violations of protective orders. Druilhet was booked, processed, and transported to the New Iberia Police Department.
On April 4, 2022, at 4:29 AM, officers with the Franklin Police Department responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at a local business located on Main Street. Upon arrival, officers’ learned that a male subject went into the business armed with a weapon and demanded money from the employee. Detectives with the Franklin Police Department were able to develop a person of interest shortly after the incident.

Robert Andrews, Jr., 35, of Brook Hollow Ln., Mesquite, TX, was arrested on December 21, 2023, at 2:47 PM, on a warrant dated April 6, 2022, for aggravated kidnapping and armed robbery. Andrews was booked, processed, and held on a $1,250,000.00 bond.
