St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 129 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Joseph F. Gioia, 63, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 27, 2022, at 10:14 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of animals at large and possession of marijuana. Gioia was released on a summons to appear on August 26, 2022.
Henry Wayne Truelove, Jr., 37, Charenton, LA, was arrested on May 28, 2022, at 6:21 am for criminal damage to property-simple and entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden. Truelove was released on a $1,000 bond.
Shana Mechell Gray, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 28, 2022, at 10:24 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Gray was released on recognizance.
Tasha Jesse Louis, 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 28, 2022, at 10:15 pm for battery-simple. Louis was released on a $2,500 bond.
Cody Lee Hudson, 30, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 29, 2022, at 11:15 am for domestic abuse battery. Hudson was released on a $2,500 bond.
Troy Phillip Carnley, 41, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 29, 2022, at 7:28 pm for remaining/entry on premises after being forbidden. Carnley also held two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail has not been set.
Rodney James Alexis, 59, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2022, at 1:00 pm for illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments, violation of protective orders, and possession of firearm-felon. Bail has not been set.
Casey Michelle Guidry, 39, Arnaudville, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2022, at 12:25 am on the following charges:
- Possession of methamphetamines
- Possession of heroin
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 years of age.
Bail has not been set.
Dylan James Knott, 43, Arnaudville, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2022, at 12:25 am on the following charges:
- Possession of methamphetamines
- License plate lights required
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 years of age.
- Resisting officer by giving false information
