St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Jason Dale Smith, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2022, at 3:12 am for reckless operation-no accident and driving while intoxicated. Bail has not been set at this time.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Juan Cerritos-Hernandez, 61, Amelia, LA, was arrested on November 30, 2022, at 2:21 pm for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and disturbing the peace intoxication. Bail has not been set at this time.
