Patterson Mayor Rodney Grogan has announced the City of Patterson will turn off water service Thursday night at 10:00 pm to repair a leak on Catherine Street, near Highway 90.  The outage is expected to last until approximately 2:00 am.

Grogan said Tuesday morning that crews have attempted to locate the valves to isolate the leak, but have been unsuccessful at doing so. He said it appears when contractors made repairs in the Catherine Street area over 15 years ago, they may have poured cement over the valves.
