The Morgan City Live Community Concert Association has announced its first concert of the New Year, scheduled for Monday, January 29th. The evening’s entertainment will begin at 7 pm with a performance by the Jason Fabus Trio. The talented ensemble consists of acclaimed saxophone player and songwriter/arranger, Jason Fabus, accompanied by guitar and upright bass. Showcasing an impressive repertoire that emphasizes tight and swinging renditions of timeless American classics, the Trio’s setlist spans from the Golden Era of American music in the 1920s to the 1950s.
