Franklin Police Department Announces P.A.C.E. Meeting for Community Engagement

Franklin Police Department’s Chief Cedric Handy invites citizens to the inaugural P.A.C.E. Meeting (Police and Community Engagement) on Thursday, February 1, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Teche Theatre, 501 Main Street, Franklin, LA, from 5:00 PM until approximately 7:00 PM.

The P.A.C.E. Meeting aims to create a platform for community members to voice their concerns regarding police-related issues and share constructive ideas for improvement. An interactive Q&A session will also be held during the event.

Mayor Eugene Foulcard and City Council members are expected to attend and participate in this community-building initiative.
