The Jeanerette Police Department is currently attempting to locate a man in connection with a homicide case. Tyrese Anthony Jones is wanted for questioning and as a person of interest in reference to the October 30th, 2021 homicide of Marcus Ray Alexis. Jones currently has an active warrant for unrelated charges.
