The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Corey Coleman, 47, of Fourth Ave., Marrero, LA, was arrested on June 7, 2024, at 11:37 AM, on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Coleman was booked, processed, and released on a $5,000.00 bond.
Rodney Bobbitt, 53, of Chauvin Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2024, at 2:59 PM, on a warrant dated May 19, 2024, for theft – 2 cts., and a warrant dated May 22, 2024, for theft – 6 cts. Bobbitt was booked, processed, and released on a $12,000.00 bond.
Amanda Jenkins, 37, of Smith Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 9, 2024, at 4:23 PM, on the charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was booked, processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.
