Roger Sullivan, 62, of Irish Bend Rd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2025, at 7:12 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of no license plate light, no driver’s license on person, and no insurance, and on a warrant for Morgan City Police Department for careless operation, driving while license suspended, and hit and run. Sullivan was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
