The Franklin Police Department responded to 37 calls for service over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Renoldo Toussaint, 47, of Baptiste St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on May 3, 2025, at 8:45 PM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Toussaint was booked, processed, and held on a $30,439.32 bond.
