The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Gilberto Casiano, 45, of Camden Rd., Pasadena, TX, was arrested on October 30, 2024, at 10:19 PM, on the charges of speeding and reckless operation. Casiano was booked, processed, and released on a $643.50 bond.
