Heather Theriot, 44, of Third St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 16, 2022, at 9:44 AM, on a warrant dated June 15, 2022, for theft and a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of schedule III narcotics. Theriot was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
