Joaquima Brown, 28, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 22, 2023, at 11:14 AM, on a warrant dated October 21, 2022, for simple assault, terrorizing, and disturbing the peace. Brown was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
