“Click it or Ticket” Enforcement Campaign Set to Launch May 20

Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon in conjunction with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration and the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission are pleased to announce the “Click it or Ticket” national mobilization that will run from May 20, 2024, thru June 2, 2024.

The combined effort of these multiple agencies aim to make our citizens safer through the use of mandated restraint systems (seat belts, shoulder harness, child restraint).

Assumption Parish deputies will be taking enforcement actions and will use the opportunity to educate drivers on the importance of compliance.
