Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reported the arrest of Frank Carnell Gray, 34, of 151 Freetown Road, Belle Rose, LA, on a felony warrant stemming from an incident near Klotzville on March 6, 2023.

Deputies responded to a complaint about the theft of an automobile from a home on the given day. Deputies spoke with the victim, who stated that an unknown suspect had stolen her automobile and attempted to use a cash app card that was in the vehicle.
