Anthony John Battaglia Jr., aged 61, passed away on August 6th in his hometown of Franklin, Louisiana.
A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, August 19th, at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin, Louisiana from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in honor of Anthony’s memory.
Anthony’s life was marked by his unwavering dedication and hard work. He was a giver, always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need. Alongside his strong work ethic, he was known for his slightly stubborn yet endearing nature.
A man of varied interests, Anthony found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a fondness for taking long car rides, embracing the open road with a sense of adventure. His love for music led him to countless concerts, with his favorite band, KISS, holding a special place in his heart.
As we remember Anthony, let us honor his memory by embracing his giving spirit and zest for life. In this time of mourning, may we find solace in the beautiful memories he leaves behind.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Toni Battaglia; his daughter, Diane Battaglia; his brother, Edward Broussard; his Uncle; Donald Battaglia; his Aunt, Penny Falgout; also left to cherish his memories are four step-daughters and seven grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends whom he loves dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Battaglia Sr and Dianne LaGrange; his brother, Eugene Battaglia; his aunt, Violet Belanger; his uncle, Dennis Balanger; his former wife, Patricia Bonin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert’s Mortuary.
