The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for Jamie Lynn St. Germain, a 41-year-old woman, in connection with an ongoing contractor fraud investigation. St. Germain is wanted for being an Accessory After the Fact, as defined under Louisiana Revised Statute 14:25.
Detectives have determined that St. Germain knowingly assisted Dominic Graphia, who has multiple active warrants, by providing aid and helping him evade arrest. On April 28, 2026, investigators received information placing St. Germain with Graphia in Philadelphia, Mississippi.
St. Germain is believed to have ties to several areas, including Iberia Parish, New Iberia, Lafayette, and St. Martin Parish.
