WHAT: For the Wind Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 mph with gustsnup to 35 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very coldnwind chills as low as 17 to 20 expected. For the Freeze Watch,nsub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 to 29 possible.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treenlimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.nFrostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin isnexposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions couldnkill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damagenunprotected outdoor plumbing.
