The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Djuanielle Diggs, 39, of Magnolia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 19, 2025, at 11:37 PM, on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. Diggs was additionally, arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace by appearing in an intoxicated condition and resisting an office. Diggs was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
