The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Laterkia Perro, 19, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2024, at 9:35 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of reckless operation and no driver’s license on person. Perro was booked, processed, and released on a $333.00 bond.
Guillaume Sinitiere, 28, of Ibert St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2024, at 11:13 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. Sinitiere was booked, processed, and released on a $368.00 bond.
