The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Jordan McDaniel, 29, of West Third St., Franklin, LA was arrested on November 10, 2022, at 4:44 PM, on a warrant dated November 09, 2022 on the charges of simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. McDaniel was booked processed, and held on a $3,500.00 bond.
Dariel Mays, 40, of Levron St., Houma, LA, was arrested on November 11, 2022, at 7:41 PM, on the charges of simple battery, domestic abuse battery, and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Mays was additionally charged with a warrant for Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office on the charge of possession of schedule II narcotics. Mays was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Jason Giroir, 44, of Ceder St., Franklin, LA was arrested on November 12, 2022, at 9:04 PM, on the charge of theft. Giroir was booked, processed, and held on a $1,500.00 bond.
