BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gaybrial Joseph, 35, of 131 Greenbriar Street, Belle Rose LA, on a felony parole / probation violation arising from a 2017 conviction in Ascension Parish.
Joseph was convicted of theft valued at $500 in November of 2017 and was sentenced to 5 years with the Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended, and Joseph was placed on 5 years of supervised probation. Gaybrial Joseph violated the terms of her probated sentence.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Gaybrial Joseph. She was arrested on Thursday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center for:

Joseph remains incarcerated without bond.
BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Hasan A. Henderson, 44, of 304 Malberry Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on felony charges arising from a March 18, 2010, incident near Belle Rose.
On the aforementioned date, the U.S. Marshalls Task Force, for the Middle District of Louisiana, executed a felony drug warrant on Hasan A. Henderson at a Peterville Lane address. Upon doing so, agents observed illegal drugs at the location and summoned assistance from the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office. Deputies and task force agents obtained a consent to search and during that process, agents seized cocaine, marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia and three firearms. Henderson was a convicted felon and could not legally possess firearms.
Hasan A. Henderson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Wednesday on charges of:
*Illegal Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
*Possession of Cocaine
*Possession of Marijuana
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Hasan A. Henderson was transferred to Ascension Parish to face charges in the Middle District and upon satisfying those charges, Henderson must post bond of $110,000 in Assumption Parish.
